RATES ARE AMAZING!
One of our local banks was advertising rates for 30 year fixed mortgages at 4.25%, 15 year fixed mortgages at 3.5% and 10 year mortgages at 3.38%
We may see the trend we saw in the past few years that when the stocks dropped and stock owners saw a decrease in returns, they tended to take their money out of the market and put it into real estate.
There are some great values to be had now, prices remain realistic.
Now could be a great time to make a move.
